What is the most recognized human expression across the world? A smile. Humans are extremely in tune with outward expressions. It’s no wonder since it plays a vital part in our evolutionary journey. As we are, currently, is mostly because of the most minute attributes that lead to survival. Try this, go smile at a stranger, in the mirror or a friend and feel the release of endorphins from one single smile. When a constructive perspective is put in motion along with an outward show of positivity, the mind is more at ease.
By constructive perspective, I mean thinking in a progressive build of ideas.
The pyramids were not, “wished” into existence. Neither did they rush the process or leave aside an extraordinary work of architecture. It was a step by step, (all puns intended) process with enormous teams and impressive visionaries. Great achievements require time, planning and the eye of a craftsman with extreme dedication. Take the time to see how and where a small change can happen in order to reach bigger results.
What can the current I accomplish to make future I more cheerful and less stressed? How you decided a situation will end up is probably the way it’ll be. If I decide to eat foods with little to no nutritional value and begin to avoid exercising; my waistline will begin to do weird things. Take small steps, first. Find out how to make the best for oneself with the next one, then repeat the process all over again. Also, keep going. Even when the work seems too much, keep going. Results are met with action to keep the future self-waiting on the batton pass with a big smile. Get out there, think for yourself, (constructively) and fewer worries, more happiness.
